This common spirit is reinforced, perhaps, by the fact that many of us have worked side-by-side for a decade or more. Newer members of the team are recruited not only for their skills but also their complementary ethic.

If there’s one thing for sure, our business wouldn’t be what it is today, or have this much potential if it wasn’t for the sheer determination and the specialist skills of our people. We employ some of the best and brightest people to think, manage and deliver projects for clients in ways that achieve their objectives sustainably, cost-effectively and as innovatively as can be. Yet despite our successes, we continually strive to do better on a scale of continuous improvement that’s individualised to customers and measured against the objectives they set out to achieve.

We listen and translate their needs as a natural behaviour in our work and we use the insight we gain to drive our organisational activity.

Applying this understanding of what’s important is our means to explore the detail of our service design, and to test convention as much as it is to build stronger and deeper relationships, and where the product of our service and the sum of these parts outperforms expectation.

While we are certainly a group of individuals, we share at least two common attributes. Firstly, we have all ‘earned our stripes’, through apprenticeships, solid qualifications and many years’ practical experience in our respective professions before becoming managers. Secondly, our approach to our work is the same.

We each take responsibility to ensure not only do we complete every project to the highest standards, but also that it runs smoothly and meets total customer satisfaction.
